Assessment of Risk is carried out at a number of levels both on and off site.
For Insurance Underwriters a scope of work has been defined by the insurance industry and is carried out as a Desk Top Review which examines design and planning documentary evidence.
In other instances a similar scope of work is supplemented by site visits for verification purposes.
NRG provides Expert Independent Risk Surveyors who conduct these reviews and report their findings to the underwriters and to their clients using standardised protocols and formats to ensure consistency.
