NRG Well Management Ltd is focused on the cost effective delivery of Project Management for Drilling and other Well Operations. In addition we carry out Well Engineering and Field Development Studies which range in size from simple one day technical reviews through to detailed multi disciplinary studies lasting many months, for a wide variety of Clients.

NRG Consultancy Ltd specialises in the delivery of Quality-Based management systems, in particular workable well integrity management systems, for upstream Operating Companies and Service Providers. The Systems assist the client to both manage health, safety and environmental hazards as well as enable them to demonstrate compliance with all the applicable licence and statutory requirements without the need for extensive Management Systems. Apart from satisfying the statutory requirements our Systems contribute towards lowering the cost of operations by ensuring that Clients’ Management focus their attention on their defined responsibilities, whilst enabling them to effectively delegate responsibilities to contractors where necessary.

NRG Well Examination & Management Systems Ltd offers a professional independent Well Examination service to the upstream industry. The service provides Well Operators with an independent assessment of both well designs and operational plans throughout the wells’ lifecycle. The service also ensures compliance with the DCR regulations in the UK.

NRG has around 30 employees and close associates. All our associates have considerable industry experience and are now semi retired professionals but remain actively involved within the industry.
